Kip Glier is the founder of SoCo Properties LLC. Based out of League City TX, SoCo Properties LLC is a General Contracting construction company specializing in residential and light commercial projects. After graduating with a degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, Kip launched his career by managing large-scale commercial projects, honing his skills in overseeing complex builds within the K-12, Healthcare, and public sectors. This background gave him a unique insight into project management, where coordination, efficiency, and precision are paramount.
In 2023, Kip launched his own company with a vision to bring a personalized touch to general contracting, inspired by his desire to offer clients a better experience. Drawing from his commercial construction background, Kip ensures each task is crafted with the highest standards. He personally meets with clients and inspects every project, collaborating closely with his team to make the process seamless and enjoyable.
Kip lives in League City with his wife, Paige, and their two daughters. His passion for building goes beyond just structures—he is dedicated to creating spaces that reflect the unique needs and dreams of every client.
